Hover the cursor over 'Dashboard' on the uppermost navigation menu (just under the H-YPE logo) then on click on 'Activity' in the dropdown. Click on 'Block List' which you will find at the top of the 'Activity' section on the right hand side of the blue line. Select the 'From Yourself' radio button on the left and check the box next to the member you wish to unblock. Then click on 'Unblock' and confirm the choice you have made in the window that appears.
