You are in control of who can see what when it comes to certain parts of your profile and there are a few ways in which to do this. There are 4 different groups to choose from or you can create your own group should you so wish.

The 4 groups are:

• Me Only (the person that profile belongs to)
• H-YPEsters (all registered members of H-YPE!)
• Friends (those members that you have added to your friends list)
• Full Access Members Only (members who have paid for H-YPE membership and Advisors)

Hover the cursor over the 'Dashboard' icon on the uppermost navigation menu (just under the H-YPE logo) then on click on 'Privacy Settings' in the dropdown.

Begin by choosing a 'Default Privacy Group'. This will set all your privacy settings to this value and you can then refine this default privacy setting by adjusting the choice of privacy group for each section of H-YPE!

For example, if you have chosen the default privacy group 'H-YPEsters', then all the 'Default Values' underneath the 'Default Privacy Group' section would be set to H-YPEsters. You could then expand each different default value such as 'Blog' or 'Events' and choose a different privacy group such as 'Friends' or 'Me Only'.

Another way is to adjust your privacy settings from the 'Profile View' page. Hover the cursor over the icon to the right of the 'Dashboard' tab on the uppermost navigation menu (just under the H-YPE logo) then on click on 'Profile View' in the dropdown. Click on the 'Edit' button which you will find in the 'Actions' section. On the next page you can choose the privacy group for your entire profile. Remember to save any changes you make their.

You can of course choose different privacy settings for each block in your profile view. Hover the cursor over the icon to the right of the 'Dashboard' tab on the uppermost navigation menu, then on click on 'Profile View' in the dropdown. You will then see a small key in the top left of nearly every section (block). Clicking on the key opens up a small pop-up with a choice of privacy groups. Click the one you want for a particular section or leave the default setting in place.

For example, if you would like to make your profile photos, photo albums or videos only viewable by members who have paid for their membership, then choose 'Full Access Members Only'.
