Yes! If you hover your cursor over another member's avatar (that is the small thumbnail image) for a few seconds, a small window will appear with a choice of actions relative to that member's profile.

Befriend/Remove friend - One or the other will appear depending on if you are friends already or not.
Greeting - Sends a short email to them letting them know you have noticed them.
Share - Allows you to invite a friend to the site.
Report Spam - Used to let admin know if the member is not on H-YPE for the right reasons.
Block - Prevent user from contacting you.
Stay updated - Will infform you when a change or update is made via email.
Video Chat - Both members need to have Full Access membership and be online. Can also be used in text and audio mode only should you choose.
Chat - Opens up a chat window in bottom right hand corner similar to that on Facebook. Once again, both members need to have Full Access membership and be online. There is a maximum of 3 chat windows per member allowed open at any one time. If you do not see this option then they are not online or are not available to chat through their own choice.
